Payments: we accept Maestro, Discover, American Express, Visa, Mastercard. Full payment must be made 24hours before departure date.
Documentation: your tour will be electronic documents only and this is free of charge for all bookings.
Travel insurance: unfortunately, we are unable to offer personal travel insurance policies to persons travelling on our coach tours, but we do recommend all passengers to have the appropriate best travel insurance policy if there are visitors to NI. Toast the Coast NI and coaches are fully insured to carry passenger groups.
Tour membership: to promote an enriching travel experience, Toast the Coast NI reserves the right to reject any client whose conduct is incompatible with the interest of the tour group.
Travellers with special needs: passengers necessitating unique attention must advise Toast the Coast NI at time of booking and we welcome a discussion about individual requirements. passengers who require particular assistance must travel with a qualified travel companion as toast the coast drivers and guides cannot provide individual help. As our coaches are not equipped with wheelchair ramps, all tour members must be able to mount 3 or 4 steps into coach. motorised scooters are unsuitable for coach touring. Toast the Coast NI is not responsible for denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers, nor any additional expenses incurred.
Coach transportation: coach tours are usually operated by 12 seat executive coaches. When passenger numbers are lower, a smaller coach, 6 seat touring car, taxi or saloon vehicle may be used.
Tour operation: the entire tour is conducted by a professional host and driver.
Meals: meals and drinks provided in the tour are pre-arranged and will take account of any specific requirements and allergies advice at time of booking. Additional purchases are available and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Menus may change during the year, in line with seasonal calendar and chef discretion, Toast the Coast NI reserve the right to change menus at any time.
Itineraries: deviations to the planned tour itineraries and scheduled stops are possible if conditions render them advisable or necessary. Tour is subject to change without notice. In the rare event of road closure or unforeseen circumstances, alternative arrangements will be made to ensure full enjoyment can be achieved.
Cancellations: in the unlikely event that it becomes necessary to cancel a tour prior to departure, you will be offered the next available date at no additional cost or will receive a full refund of all monies paid. We cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs or fees relating to such a tour booking or for any cancellation penalties due to non-refundable airfares or services alike.
Luggage: we will endeavour to accommodate persons needing to store a small piece of luggage, when 24 hours’ notice is given before departure date. Luggage is carried at owner’s risk throughout the tour. Hand baggage and small articles such as coats, umbrellas or cameras are entirely in the care of the passengers (there is overhead storage for these items on board the coach).
Tips: personal tips for tour host and drivers are not included in your tour cost and left to your sole discretion.
Children: children under 18 years of age are not permitted to travel on pre-scheduled Toast the Coast NI tours. Children are welcome on private group bookings where strict supervision is required by parents at all times.
Smoking policy: smoking is not allowed on the coach but frequent stops are made throughout the day.
Not included: all items of a personal nature, shopping purchases, gifts, drinks or food not specified on the tour itinerary, are not included and must be paid by the passenger.
Unused tour arrangements: we cannot make refunds or exchanges for unused tours, services or features of any tour.
Responsibility: Toast the Coast NI are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage or other loss a passenger incurs on any tour arising from the coach company or acts or omissions by any company providing any services supplied on the tour. All tickets and vouchers are issued and supplied subject to the foregoing and to any and all terms and conditions under which transportation and services are provided. Without limitation Toast the Coast NI is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, injury, death, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity of any kind which may be occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including, without limitation any wilful or negligent act, failure to act, breach of contract or violation of local law or regulation of any third party such as an airline, train, hotel, bus, taxi, van, local ground handler or guide, financial default or insolvency of any supplier and/or restaurant/venue which is, to, or does supply any goods or services for this trip. Toast the Coast NI is not liable for any loss, injury, death or inconvenience due to delay or changes in a personal schedule, overbooking of accommodation, default of any third party, attacks by animals, sickness, the lack of appropriate medical care, evacuation to same, if necessary, weather, strikes, acts of god or government, acts of terrorism, or the threat thereof, force majeure, war, quarantine, epidemics, or the threat thereof, criminal activity, or any other cause beyond its control. Toast the Coast NI reserves the right, at its sole discretion to alter the itinerary as it may deem necessary or advisable. Toast the Coast NI reserves the right at its sole discretion to decline to accept or retain any passenger on any of its tours if it deems accepting or retaining any such person as being detrimental to the tour. In the event any passenger is removed from a trip, toast the coast only obligation is to consider a refund to that person of that portion of the payment allocable to unused services. Any disclaimer of liability by Toast the Coast NI under this clause is enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Each of the provisions of this clause is severable and if any such provision is held by any court or other competent authority to be illegal, void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this clause shall not be affected or impaired. changes in the responsibility clause can be made only in writing signed by the owner of Toast the Coast NI.
Validity: rates on this website are valid from 1st august 2017.
Conditions of booking: Toast the Coast NI are committed to a policy of fair trading and take every care to ensure that you will have an enjoyable tour. We respect our local environment, community and heritage and encourage all our customers to do alike.
Cancellations: in the event of you wishing to cancel your booking, for any reason, this must be communicated to Toast the Coast NIi via an email or in writing.
Seating: seating is not pre-allocated on the coach, and all seats are the same value and provide the same enjoyment. Please be considerate of other passengers, offering exchange seating arrangements, part way through the tour, for full tour enjoyment. It is not possible to guarantee seating arrangements.
Alterations to itineraries: tour itineraries may run in any order. Certain events such as traffic congestion, roadworks, bad weather etc may mean a change to the advertised tour programme and it will be solely at the host and drivers discretion to alter routes and timings, but this would only be done should conditions warrant it.
Safety: all passengers are responsible for their own safety at all times during the tour. it is forbidden (unless it is a deemed emergency), to engage and distract the driver when the vehicle is moving.
You may not bring a pet on a tour.
You may not play a radio or music on the coach without ear phones. please be considerate of other passenger’s enjoyment when using electronic devices.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are at the correct departure point at the correct time, as per our tour instructions, and we cannot be liable for any loss or expense suffered by clients because of their late arrival at any departure point. If you arrive late at the pick up or if the Toast the Coast NI coach has been delayed then you must phone 07896414074 immediately.
Although our vehicles have luggage compartments, we have to adhere to regulations concerning the overall weight of fully laden vehicles along with health & safety executive lifting regulations. We would, therefore, ask that you restrict your luggage to one small sized piece of luggage. It is a condition of travel that any items over and above this are notified to us 24 hours in advance, this includes collapsible wheelchairs, suitcases, and their handles, must be fit for purpose. note: battery driven chairs, vehicles or scooters cannot be accepted where HSE lifting guidelines are breached or where re-assembly/dis-assembly is required. it is your responsibility to ensure that your luggage is on board the coach on which you are travelling. Please ensure that any instructions given by our driver and/or host, at any time during the holiday, are strictly adhered to.
Smoking is not allowed on any coach and individual venue restrictions must be adhered to. If you ignore this rule and thereby cause any inconvenience, distress or disappointment to other passengers, you may be asked to leave the tour. Smoking on a coach or in a public place is illegal.
Whilst every effort is made to adhere to the times stated in this tour, there could be circumstances beyond our control, such as weather and traffic conditions which may cause delays.
Rights of refusal: We must point out that Toast the Coast NI reserve the unconditional right to terminate a passenger’s tour in the event of them contracting, or is suspected of contracting, a contagious condition. this includes travelling companions who may have become, or are likely to become, infected due to exposure to a viral condition. Toast the Coast NI reserve the unconditional right to refuse a booking or terminate a passenger’s tour in the event of unreasonable conduct which in our opinion is likely to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to other customers, employees, property or to any third party. This includes any passenger who fails to advise us of any medical condition or disability. If you are prevented from travelling as a result of such termination, or your tour is curtailed, our responsibility for your tour there upon ceases. we will be under no obligation whatsoever for any refund, compensation or loss you may incur. any person having or contracting, or in Toast the Coast NI reasonable belief that they have or may have contracted a serious contagious condition, will be terminated from the tour. Toast the Coast NI cannot undertake to provide nursing care for any person who contracts, or is suspected of contracting, a contagious condition.
Passengers with disabilities: we welcome bookings from people with disabilities. we have assessed the accessibility of our tour to disabled people and our compliance with all disabled rights legislation however, it is in the nature of our tour that sometimes, there are no reasonable means or adjustments that can be made so as to accommodate every type of disability. For that reason, we ask that any disability, allergy or intolerance, including reduced sensation in limbs and or extremities must be highlighted by email or phone call to Toast the Coast NI before confirmation and payment of booking. We stress that we cannot guarantee any requests that are made, but will whole heartedly endeavour to do so, so please ring to discuss. if we are not informed in this way we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or costs incurred by the client and this may include our refusal to take you on tour, no refund will occur. You should also be aware that although most of our venues cater for wheelchairs, there may still be steps or stairs to contend with. It is essential for the enjoyment of your tour and from a health & safety point of view in the unlikely event of an emergency evacuation of the coach, that all passengers without exception are able to board and disembark the coach and walk its length unassisted. Passengers who require one-to-one assistance must be accompanied by an able bodied carer as the company employees are unable to offer assistance of a personal nature. Note: battery driven chairs, vehicles or scooters cannot be accepted where HSE lifting guidelines are breached or where re-assembly/dis-assembly is required. Whilst we will exercise all reasonable care we cannot be held responsible for damage to wheel chairs in transit.
Severe allergies: Toast the Coast NI cannot guarantee the absence of substances, which may cause severe allergic reaction. In advance, we will inform all venues on the tour, when allergies are indicated at the time of booking. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to make Toast the Coast NI aware of allergies at the time of booking.
